1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer Free Shipping on selected products, promotional offers, or minimum order values.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, transportation issues, festivals, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged package or if any product is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with photographs of the package and products.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. GARVV INDIAA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Service Availability

We currently deliver across most locations in India. Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may not be available.
