At GARVV INDIAA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our food, personal care, skincare, wellness, and hygiene products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received in damaged condition.
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Product missing from the shipment.
  • Manufacturing defect.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Perishable food items unless received damaged.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect).

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be approved if:

  • Incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer.
  • The package was refused without a valid reason.
  • The product has been used, altered, or tampered with.
  • The request is made after the specified return period.
